The Costa Smeralda

The Costa Smeralda is famous for its beaches and its emerald sea ploughed by the world's largest yachts. The Costa Smeralda is an area, a stretch of coastline in Gallura north of Olbia that stretches from Capo Ferro to Golfo di Cugnana between the territories of the municipalities of Arzachena and Olbia.

Porto Cervo

The image village of Porto Cervo is located between Poltu Quatu and Portisco in the municipality of Arzachena in Gallura.

The village is sparsely inhabited in the winter months, then turns into a lively and busy village in the summer season.

The Port of Porto Cervo is famous for hosting mega yachts and some of the best known boats in the nautical industry.

The harbour promenade is a very busy promenade, during the summer season it is populated by locals and curious tourists who walk between the piers to admire the excellent boats that moor there.

The Costa Smeralda and its Olbia Beaches

Prince's Beach

The Prince's Beach is the common name for Poltu di li Cogghj, located between Capriccioli and Romazzino. This beach is a deep inlet protected by a lush promontory. According to legend, its name is due to the fact that it was the favourite of the Aga Khan.

A beach to visit, a wild and beautiful stretch of coastline that leaves you speechless on every visit. The pamorama is enchanting, in the background in the distance you can see the promontory of Capo Figari, the Mortorio Islands with the Mortoriotto rocks, the Soffi Islands and Le Camere - part of the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park.

The Romazzino Beach

A beach in the heart of the Costa Smeralda with turquoise water, impalpable pinkish-white sand mixed with multicoloured grains. The fragrant deep green Mediterranean scrub is one of its highlights. A beach so famous that it needs no introduction.
